This is a cafe made from a renovated home. The mood is like settling in to your own home, and you can enjoy looking at the parakeet while drinking tea. The parakeet flies freely around the inside of the room, it takes kindly to humans, and might land on your arm or your head. You can bring your own pet bird, and go for a good time with it. (*only if the bird has had a health examination.)
