This is a bar in Ikebukuro, and is the only one in Tokyo where you can meet penguins. There is a large tank in the shop, and you can have a meal or enjoy sake while looking at the cute penguins that are nearby. The special features are the commemorative photographs with the penguins that you can experience while in front of the tank, and the experience of feeding the penguins. (The feeding time is around 19:00.)
